The T-House project is located in Odesa, Ukraine. The architecture of T-House is designed for a family with two children. Family values and traditions are honored here, that’s why the creation of this house allows the family to spend more time together.
The building is surrounded by a forest. The central entrance has a place for open car parking under a canopy and leads to the main space of the house – a living room with a large fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. Passage through the terrace leads to the lounge area.
The facade of T-House is made of dark clinker bricks in combination with wooden and concrete elements. The terrace, a so-called relax area for the family and their guests, is equipped with furniture and additional lighting. The heating system there allows spending time outdoors even in a cold season.
The common area and master bedroom are located on the ground floor. There are also a furnace, a dressing room, a dining area, a large bright living room, and a bathroom. Inside the cottage, there are private areas located on the first floor – two children’s rooms, a game room, a dressing room, a private office, and bathrooms. One may enjoy the view of the forest through the large windows there.
One may describe the architecture of the house as solid and thoughtful for a comfortable family stay. The facade of the cottage has no unnecessary details.
